The bookmark Announcements contexts makes it possible to configuration the announcement system on the KKO card. There are some contexts where we can set the voice announcement or tone signal. If you set "None" in the context, there is no voice signal is associated.

Announcement system features are as follows:

The announcements in the KKO can be used as a:

The context is specific situation in software/firmware. Each one of the 60 announcements can be dedicated for the context.

List of contexts is as follows:

  1. Welcome in conference 1 to 5. Announcement no 1 is set by default for all conferences.
    The announcement will run if subscriber goes into given conference. It is possible to switch on the same announcement for all conference or diferent.

  2. End of the conference 1 to 5. Announcement no 2 is set by default for all conferences.
    The announcement will run if subscriber exits from given conference. It is possible to switch on the same announcement for all conference or diferent.
    E.q. :"End of the conference"
  3. Private talking. Announcement no 3 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if the first subscriber moves from conference into private talking. The announcement ends when private talking begins (second subscriber is connected too) or the subscriber disconnects private talking.

  4. Enter self-access password. Announcement no 4 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if the subscriber enters himself into conference and password required option is switched on.
    E.q. :"Enter password, please"
  5. Enter password - entering confirmation. Announcement no 5 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if the subscriber is called into conference and password confirmation option is switched on.

  6. Wrong password. Announcement no 6 is set by default.
    This announcement will run if the subscriber enters wrong password or interdigit time expires.

  7. The conference switched off. Announcement no 7 is set by default.
    This announcement will run if the subscriber tries enter into conference but the conference is switched off by settings.
    E.q. :"This conference is switched off"
  8. Card not registered. Announcement no 8 is set by default.
    This announcement will run if the card is not registered and subscriber tries enter into conference after deadline.
    E.q. :"Card unregistered"
  9. Please wait. Announcement no 9 is set by default.
    The announcement will run when subscriber - party in hunting service picks up the call. The announcement ends after beggining of both parties talking in hunting service.
    E.q. :"Please wait..."
  10. End of hunting. Announcement no 10 is set by default.
    The announcement will run when subscriber is closed in hunting - by command or after picking up the first party in the service (the rest of participants are rejected).
    E.q. :"End of the hunting"
  11. Enter command code. Announcement no 11 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if subscriber enters into voice menu and he is in code inserting phase.
    E.q. :"Welcome, enter command code, please"
  12. Enter party number. Announcement no 12 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if subscriber enters other subscriber directory number in voice menu feature. The number must be ended by * (asterisk) character.
    E.q. :"Enter subscriber's number ; end by asterisk, please"
  13. Enter conference number. Announcement no 13 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if subscriber enters conference number. Proper value is 1 to 5.

  14. Enter macro number. Announcement no 14 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if subscriber enters macro number via voice menu system. Proper value is 1 to 9.

  15. Group selection. Announcement no 15 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if subscriber enters 2-digit number of predefined group. Proper value is 01 to 32.

  16. Command is executed. Announcement no 16 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if correctly command from phone menu is executed.

  17. Wrong command. Announcement no 17 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if subscriber enters wrong command code or time is over. Proper codes are:
    1-go to the conference
    2-enter party into conference
    3-enter group into conference
    4-enter new main password for the conference
    5-enter new password for scheduled conference
    6-enter new private password for given subscriber
    8-close the conference
    9-run internal macro

  18. Wrong conference number. Announcement no 18 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if subscriber enters wrong conference number. Proper value is 1 to 5.

  19. Wrong group number. Announcement no 19 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if subscriber enters wrong group number. Proper value is 2-digit 01 to 32.
    E.q. :"Wrong group number!"
  20. Group is empty. Announcement no 20 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if subscriber enters empty group. The group must be loaded!
    E.q. :"Group is empty!"
  21. Menu function switched off. Announcement no 21 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if this function is switched off in settings.
    E.q. :"This function is switched off!"
  22. Executable error. Announcement no 22 is set by default.
    The announcement will run if the command from voice menu is proper but it can't be executed because lack of resources or another internal reason.
    E.q. :"Executable error!"
  23. New password entering. Announcement no 23 is set by default.
    The announcement will run in entering new password procedure from phone. There is possible to enter new passwords : for conference (main password), for scheduler and private password for given subscriber.

You can set all the contexts in the Settings/Announcement bookmark. For each context you can set one of the 60 announcements. If any announcement is selected or the announcement is empty, default tone signal will be set. If you choice the 'None', no voice/tone signal is emitted. You can use free announcement for the other purposes (e.g. as a party in conference).
